About Fashion Zone

Fashion Zone is a family-run retail store. We don't manufacture — we curate. From bags and kids' shoes to water bottles, tiffins and everyday clothing, we work with wholesalers across India and keep only what we'd actually use ourselves.

Why we do this

Buying a bag online is harder than it should be. Half the listings are ten-year-old stock photos, the other half are knock-offs of knock-offs. We started Fashion Zone because we know which suppliers actually deliver what they show, and we wanted to put that knowledge to use.

How we choose what we sell

• We only stock bags we'd use ourselves — no “throw it on the page and see what sticks”.
• We inspect every piece before it goes online. Stitching, hardware, lining, zips.
• Photos are taken by us, of the actual stock — never the supplier's catalogue images.
• If a wholesaler ships us something below standard, it doesn't end up here.

• What you see in the photo is what arrives at your door.
• Every order is inspected before dispatch — and if anything's off, we sort it out personally on WhatsApp.
• We answer WhatsApp messages ourselves. No bot, no script.
