Orders and pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept the order when we email a confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mis-priced, out of stock, or appears fraudulent. In such cases the full amount is refunded.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets. All orders are paid in full at the time of placement — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photographs, text, designs, the Fashion Zone name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], [State].

Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
