Every order is checked before it ships

Before any order leaves us, we physically inspect the item — stitching, zips, hardware, size and finish. We only dispatch pieces we'd be happy to receive ourselves, so problems are rare.

Want to cancel an order?

If you'd like to cancel, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible — ideally before your order is dispatched (usually within a few hours of placing it). If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and return any amount you paid online to your original payment method.

Received something damaged or incorrect?

We inspect everything, but if your parcel arrives damaged in transit or you got the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll look into it and make it right.
