How and when your bag gets to you.

Where we ship

We ship to all serviceable pincodes in India. International shipping is not yet available — message us on WhatsApp if you're abroad and want to place a custom order.

Rates

  • Flat ₹99 for orders under ₹3,000.
  • Free shipping on orders ₹3,000 and above.

Processing time

Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a business day are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days

These are estimates from our courier partners. We'll send you a tracking link once your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally couriers are delayed by weather, strikes, or remote-area logistics. If your order is more than 3 business days past its estimate, message us on WhatsApp and we'll chase it down.

Lost packages

If a courier marks a parcel delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll file a claim with the courier and re-ship your order based on their investigation.
